TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, We are the managing company for Tea Tree Grove at Hendra, which is a large Townhouse complex consisting of 79 townhouses and occupying just under 4 hectares. Our original garden edging had been broken due to tree roots. With large established shrubs in our gardens it was important that any work undertaken did not impact on the gardens, many of which were on owners land and not Body Corporate property. Owners were concerned that there should be as little as possible disturbance to the gardens. We obtained a number of quotes from contractors and also inspected their work. The contract was let to Auzzie Edges. We were impressed by the care taken to ensure that there was no staining to any surface whilst the concrete was being mixed and moved around the estate. Being an established estate, that was a concern that we had to take into account. Dean and his team ensured that any mixing area was well covered and no damage occurred. After each day’s work the site was left very clean and tidy. The new edging looks very good and all areas were left clean and tidy. The work was completed to our full satisfaction and we would be pleased to recommend their work. We have received a considerable volume of very positive feedback from residents.
